At NRG Distribution, we currently ship home appliances and consumer electronics within Lebanon only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Delivery Time

Beirut and surrounding areas: 1-3 business days
Other regions in Lebanon: 3-5 business days

Shipping Method

We use trusted local courier partners to ensure safe delivery of your products.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

Item size and weight
Delivery location within Lebanon
Type of product (small electronics vs. large appliances)

Large Appliances Delivery

For large items such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, and TVs over 50":

Delivery may require advance scheduling
Our team will contact you after order confirmation to arrange a convenient delivery time
Delivery to ground floor or building entrance is standard
Additional fees may apply for upper floor delivery or special access requirements

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Requirements

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery
Valid phone number required for delivery coordination
Inspect items upon delivery and report any damage immediately

Damaged or Missing Items

Inspect your order carefully upon delivery
Report any damage or missing items within 48 hours to info@nrgdistribution.com
Include photos of any damage for faster processing
