RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at NRG Distribution. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of home appliances and consumer electronics.

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or removed from original packaging
  • Custom or special-order appliances
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation
  • Products without original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@nrgdistribution.com within 14 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately at info@nrgdistribution.com
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange free return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement

Warranty vs. Returns

Please note that manufacturer warranties are separate from our return policy. After the 14-day return period, defective items may be covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Contact us for warranty service assistance.

Large Appliances

For large appliances (refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, etc.):

  • Items must be inspected upon delivery
  • Report any damage or defects within 48 hours
  • Return shipping and restocking fees may apply for non-defective returns

International Orders

For orders shipped outside Lebanon:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes on returns
  • Refunds will not include original international shipping charges
